Abstract

¸ñÀû: JT-3D system¸¦ ÅëÇØ ÇϾÇÀÇ ¿îµ¿À» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ°í ÃøµÎ ÇÏ¾Ç Àå¾ÖÀÇ Áø´Ü¿¡ Âü°íÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ÇϾÇÀÇ ¿îµ¿ ¹üÀ§¸¦ Á¦°øÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: ¼ºÀÎ 60¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î JT-3D systemÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÃÖ´ë °³±¸¿Í Æó±¸ ¿îµ¿À» ±â·ÏÇÏ¿´°í, 5ȸÀÇ ¹Ýº¹ ¿îµ¿À» 1¹øÀÇ ¿îµ¿ ÁÖ±â·Î °£ÁÖÇÏ¿© ÃÑ 3ȸÀÇ ¿îµ¿ Áֱ⸦ ±â·ÏÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÃÖ´ë °³±¸ ½Ã ÇϾÇÀÇ ¼öÁ÷Àû À§Ä¡, ÀüÈĹæ À§Ä¡, Ãø¹æ ÆíÀ§·®, ÃÖ´ë °³±¸·®À» ±â·ÏÇÏ¿´´Ù. JT-3D systemÀÇ ÀçÇö¼º Æò°¡¸¦ À§ÇØ Åë°èºÐ¼®À» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù(¥á = 0.05).

°á°ú: ÃÖ´ë °³±¸ ½ÃÀÇ Æò±Õ°ªÀº ¼öÁ÷Àû À§Ä¡ 31.56 mm, ÈĹæ 24.42 mm, Ãø¹æ ÆíÀ§·® 0.72 mm, ÃÖ´ë °³±¸·® 40.32 mm·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. JT-3D systemÀ¸·Î ±â·ÏÇÑ 3ȸÀÇ ¿îµ¿ ÁÖ±âÀÇ ¸ðµç ÃøÁ¤°ª¿¡¼­ Åë°èÀû À¯ÀǼºÀº ¾ø¾ú´Ù(P > 0.05).

°á·Ð: ÃÖ´ë °³±¸ ½Ã Æò±Õ Ãø¹æ ÆíÀ§·®¿¡¼­ 0.72 mm, ÃÖ´ë °³±¸·®Àº 40.32 mm·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, JT-3D systemÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ÇÏ¾Ç ¿îµ¿ ºÐ¼®Àº ÀçÇö¼º ÀÖ´Â °á°ú¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù.

Purpose: This study aims to measure the mandibular movement using JT-3D system and provide a range of mandibular movement that can serve as a good reference for diagnosing the temporomandibular disorder.

Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in 60 young male and female adults. The maximum opening and closing movement was recorded using JT-3D system, and by regarding 5 times of repetitive movement as 1 cycle of movement, total 3 cycles of movement were recorded. During the maximum opening, vertical position of lower jaw, antero-posterior position, lateral deflection position, and maximum opening distance were recorded. To evaluate the reproducibility of JT-3D system, statistical analysis were conducted (¥á = 0.05).

Results: During the maximum opening, the average value appeared at 31.56 mm vertically and 24.42 mm rearwardly, lateral deflection position 0.72 mm, and maximum opening distance 40.32 mm. There was no statistical significance in all measured values for three cycles of movement recorded with JT-3D system (P > 0.05).

Conclusion: During the maximum opening, the average value appeared at 0.72 mm in lateral deflection position and the maximum opening distance at 40.32 mm, and the analysis on the maximum opening of lower jaw using JT-3D system showed sufficiently reproducible results.
